It had been quite a while i didn't update my Blog,i was too busy these two weeks.First this is my new creation!!A new style of Teriyaki Chicken and it's a burger too.This idea came out when i was thinking how am i going to present this dish to my lecturer (Chef Paul Hanningan),hope i didn't spell his name wrongly.The feed back of this dish was totally different from what i have expected!He said this was an amazing creation but in the reality we can't serve this to the customer and we need to follow the tradition.OMG,What the hell is going wroing with him?My mind was completely blank while he asked every of my friend come out and have a look with my dish.Come on Chef,We are a Chef!We need to create and present our new way to the outside world.If we are still doing the same with other does and what's the differences between a fine dining in restaurant and a Take away restaurant?We were here to learn not to follow the tradition things!!Second i want to say thank you to you(lychee).Thanks for your souvenir and the Birthday Present,I love it alot !!Finally i owned you Shohoku Jersey!!Mr.wing let's wear our jersey together on our training day ok?you wear Your Usa Jersey and i'm going to wear these (Rukawa 11) .Kobe versus Rukawa.haha!!
Finally,the last thing i have applied for the Ielts.This is the most important thing i need to concentrate and I Should Say no to Gambl-ING,Clubb-ING,Lazy-ING,Shopp-ING and Snorr-ING from now on.The Test will be on 30th of October 2010.I'm freaking nervous and scare now.I need to study hard and have 100 percents confidence to sit for Ielts.I wish i could pass this by doing once .Yes,Julian you can do it and go for it!Julian,julian,julian..Oi,oi Oi!!Cheer up !!Ielts i can beat you!
